Understanding diversity as the differences in race gender age culture abilities education and more.

What is Unconscious Bias?
Automatic judgments based on stereotypes or past experiences.
Types of Bias ,Affinity bias, confirmation bias, gender bias and more.
Activities
Quick bias self-assessment or implicit bias test.
Small group discussions on personal experiences with biases.

Practicing Inclusion:
Being mindful of language and avoiding exclusionary phrases.
